Order Process:
Your order, you transmit to us or to submit the cart. After receiving your order, you will receive a sales confirmation. Please check your order confirmation to delivery and let us know if there are any changes. You will receive the invoice after arranging the goods.

Prices:
All prices are net plus tax plus forwarding costs calculated by us.

Minimum Order:
Minimum order value per order is 150.00 EUR net.

Terms of payment:
Existing customers can choose offered payment terms freely, unless, in our programm are other conditions.

Please note, that first orders by new customers in the online shop are executed only after payment.

Packaging:
Charges only in packages, wich can be found in the item description.

Shipping & forwarding costs:
The delivery occurs ex works and is carried out by the DPD or the forwarding agency Schenker. You take the ascertained costs from our invoice directed to you, wich you receive by delivery or if you pay in advance.
